Coloplast have announced that they have just launched a new Ostomy Care video series in association with You Tube Vlogger and ostomate Thaila Skye.
The company is looking to provide content that will be a lot more focussed from a user’s perspective, as well of course aiming to build relationships with ostomates, especially through their social media channels as the video’s are hashtagged with #myostomystory. The videos will cover all three main ostomy types: colostomy, ileostomy and urostomy.
The series will cover ostomy topics as well as continence in the future to help deal with any Ostomy Problems you may be facing. The first video is about Christmas with an ostomy – very timely and I have to say good advice, especially for new ostomates.
The first video is embedded below for you. Enjoy. If you discuss the video online with social media use the hastag #myostomystory so other’s can find your post. 🙂
Other useful videos from Coloplast include this Ostomy Bag User Guide so it’s well worth looking out for their YouTube channel and subscribing to it whilst watching the video.
