Ostomyland community member Scarlett Moon has brought a very important message to our attention that’s relevent to all our US members, and indeed ALL US based ostomates. A House resolution vote is coming soon that aims to “recognize the physical, psychological, and emotional importance of restoring function and improving the quality of life for people living with an ostomy. The bipartisan resolutions importantly note that advances and innovation in ostomy prosthetics technology can dramatically improve the lives of those who undergo ostomy surgery.”
